Rental Policies and Procedures
1. $250.00 Security Deposit is required and will be refunded within 7-10 days after departure.
2. Rental fees quoted do not necessarily include taxes. The tax rate is 7% state tax and 5% local bed tax, for a total of 12%. For stays of 11 or more days, the 5% bed tax is waived.
3. Pets are not allowed under any circumstance in most units. We have one unit, Kingstowne condo, that allows small dogs.
4. 50% of the rent is due within 7 days of booking. Receipt of 1/2 the rent plus the $250.00 refundable security deposit guarantees your reservation. Until your deposit arrives, we can hold the unit with a credit card.
